We also provide specialized services for young
adults with serious mental illnesses who are making
the transition from residential treatment to adult
living. Our transitional living program helps young
adults with serious mental illness find their first
apartments and learn to live on their own. We
provide fairly intensive oversight and case
management support to help ease the transition to
independent living status.

anxiety last for an extended period of time and
interfere with daily responsibilities
