Alan Flory assumed the position of ReDiscover's President and Chief Executive Officer in 1994. Mr. Flory has over 43 years of experience in the field of mental health and substance use disorders and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Arizona State University.

Stewart Chase has worked for 28 years in the healthcare industry, spending the last 19 years with ReDiscover. His educational background includes a degree in Finance and graduate work in Computer Resources/Information Management. He and his staff are accountable for all Operational, Finance and Technology functions at ReDiscover.

Danielle Robbins-Gregory has 15 years of executive healthcare experience complemented by a Master’s degree in Sociology. She is responsible for the direction of policy and initiatives; quality improvement and compliance; development and advancement of staff education, recruitment and retention practices; revenue growth and development; and design and execution of communications and marketing strategies.

Lauren Moyer

Lauren Moyer is a skilled, action-oriented professional leader with 12 + years experience in behavioral health complemented by a Master's and Clinical license in both Missouri and Kansas in Social Work. She is responsible for both clinical and fiscal oversight and development of all clinical (mental health and substance use disorder), outreach, access and crisis services ReDiscover provides throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
