ReDiscover's Partial Hospital Program
HELP IS AVAILABLE NOW
ReDiscover offers Partial Hospital Program services for adults suffering from an acute increase in symptoms of mental health disorder and/or a significant life crisis that does not require the intensive level of care of an inpatient hospital. PHP is an acute day program that is designed to help individuals stabilize while remaining close to their support system.
Partial Hospital is a short-term program, (the average length in the program is 1 to 3 weeks) designed to help people recuperate as quickly as possible with the help of medication, medication management, education, and individual and group therapy. This acute day treatment program is in a structured setting that allows people to remain close to family and friends. Individuals will spend six hours a day at ReDiscover and return to their homes each evening. Chronic mental health disorders, those actively in crisis, and those struggling to cope with a variety of life stressors are common areas of treatment. Therapeutic services are provided by our psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, case managers, and therapists.
Intensive Outpatient Program
For persons whose symptoms are less acute than Partial Hospital clients, ReDiscover provides an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Participants attend this program 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. This flexibility allows participants to maintain their employment and meets the needs of clients who have childcare time restraints or other similar limitations.
